Our team. Our Berlin shop.Owner operated since the beginning
Mike TerBeest and his dad started the business around 2008 with a handful of telehandlers. When his dad wanted to slow down, Heather and Shawn joined as partners in 2022.
At that point there were three telehandlers. Today, we have 26 pieces of equipment and have purchased the Berlin property we operate from, including our shop and two rental units.
We appreciate the referrals from our loyal customers. Our goal is simple: work with you to make sure the equipment you rent fulfills your needs and does the job.

Starting this business was a joint venture with my dad that I will always remember. I enjoy a challenge with some of the repairs that come into our shop. I am ready to go to a jobsite to maintain our equipment or work on yours. We take pride in keeping our equipment in top-notch working order.

Becoming a partner in 2022 gave me the work-life balance I needed to spend more time with our daughters. With over 25 years of experience in transportation, I have enjoyed learning about our rental equipment. I handle invoicing for rentals and repairs, and I have had the pleasure of meeting many of our amazing customers.
