A few things to know.
How are delivery and pickup priced?
Transport is charged at $100 per hour for total time from our Berlin shop to the jobsite and back, with 30 minutes added for loading and unloading. Send your address so we can confirm delivery and pickup charges separately from the rental.
Do I need to refuel the equipment?
Fuel-powered rentals arrive with a full tank. Refill the tank before pickup, or we will refuel it and charge for the fuel. Contact us for the current refueling charge.
Who pays for preventable damage?
Preventable damage is charged to the renter. Please review the full rental agreement with our team before your rental.
Does a quote request reserve equipment?
No. A request starts a conversation. Our team confirms availability, pricing and scheduling directly with you.
What if I need the equipment longer?
Call us when your timing changes. We work through weather and construction schedule changes with our customers and confirm any rental extension directly.
